Turns out both my boys don't like oranges but all 3 girls do - any other male guinea's disliking oranges? :))
 
I will need boars to try this out, however I do not like oranges and Rach does :)
 
I must say though Boars seem to like cuddles more than girls out of those I've met.

Never to manly for cuddles. It a good job I'm very far away otherwise they'd be getting scooped up :) I can imagine Milo's face :))
 
I can't say that the gender divide plays into who loves orange and who not with my lot. I have yet to find anything edible that Hywel will not gobble down...
 
Mine all like oranges,but I do have a boar who doesn't like cucumber!
 
What about Banana, I think that is a love it or hate it with guinea pigs, those of mine who love banana gobble pieces down like no tomorrow.:))
 
None of my boys will eat oranges and my friends ladypigs will eat it. They aren't crazy on it but they do like it. My boys refuse point blank to do anything more than sniff it!

Treacle loved Banana but Cookie used to actually run and hide from it :))
 
I have only ever had boars and never got any of them to eat orange. The first Guinea pig book I got said you should feed them orange for the vitamin C and I was really worried cos they'd never eat it. Maybe it really is just a boy thing!

Doesn't explain why me or my OH don't eat them if that's the case though...

Banana isn't popular in our house either with hoomans or piggies. There isn't much else they won't eat. Tomatoes aren't always popular but Suilvy loves them.
 
Maple and Pecan don't like oranges or peel... Haven't tried Lucky though
The Fuzzballs have munched on oranges but didn't seem to be that impressed by it
 
I only have boars and out of 23 I would say they all mainly will eat orange got one who will only eat it if you hold it him but if it don't move they eat it here :))
 
Charlie loves oranges. He disappeared during floortime once and I found him helping himself to satsumas. He'd had a whole one - peel and fruit. He got the sticker stuck on his front teeth and I had to take it off for him.
