Not sure if this really belongs here, it's no immediate threat, but anyway.
Godfrey has a spot on his belly, he doesn't squeak when I touch it, but any clues as to what it is? He's had it a couple of weeks now, I think, and it's not increased in size. Is it just one of those things?

Can you please post a picture? Your description is too vague, sorry!

It could possibly be a nipple but we need to see a photo please :)

It could be his belly button if it is right in the centre of his belly & it is very small, one of mine had a more prominent one than the others :)

Guinea pigs usually have hairless areas around their nipples and in some guinea pigs the bellybutton is more noticeable, but it's very hard to say without a picture to look at!

Deffo not a nipple, it's super small and above the nipples- I tried a photo but Godfrey tried to eat my chin and the quality was terrible, so I'll try a describe it.

It's masked by fur, and it may well be black. I can't tell if it's under the skin or even something stuck to his fur. It's smaller than a pinhead, I think, but when I was checking his skin for his weekly check, I ran over a bump and that's how I found it. It doesn't cause him pain, but he doesn't like me touching his belly, of course!
It could be a belly button- it's in the middle a little way above the nipples.
