Today I put one of my guinea pigs Petunia in her playpen to wander and play while Igby had some lap time. After I put Petunia in her cage I took the hideouts and blankets out of the palypen and noticed on her fuzzy blanket that there was some wet green stuff on it. It's only on the tiniest section of the blanket and it has never happened before. Petunia is 3 months old. 15449147234005740256718416074641.webpmaybe it's nothing to worry about but I'm not sure.

Hi! It looks like some part of the blanket that has been chewed with a mouth full hay gunk to me. I see that colour often on my long-haired piggies with a white coat where their hair has been nibbled. ;)

It looks like she been having a chew of it and the green is left over food from in her mouth. I have known mine chew things and leave lovely green spit on things

I made my piggies a nice toy out of string once, Smokey tried to eat the string though, and that’s what was on it (the toy was swiftly taken away)
