Today I put one of my guinea pigs Petunia in her playpen to wander and play while Igby had some lap time. After I put Petunia in her cage I took the hideouts and blankets out of the palypen and noticed on her fuzzy blanket that there was some wet green stuff on it. It's only on the tiniest section of the blanket and it has never happened before. Petunia is 3 months old. View attachment 102767maybe it's nothing to worry about but I'm not sure.

@Eva121 She's been chewing the blanket and the green is colouring from what she had in her mouth.

I'd use a different blanket in future, in case she swallows any of the fibres.
That'e exactly my thoughts to @Jaycey. I also would use a different blanket. Piggies like noodle bath mats and you can cut them up to whatever size you need.

Here is a link so you know exactly what I mean.

:agr: It looks like the fleece has a high pile or fluffy bits which is probably better without just in case she trys to chew it again
