Weird kind of wart near his leg?

My guinea pig doodle has this wart kind of thing near his hind leg. Can anyone identify what it is?

Yes, it is his nipple. If you look in the same spot the other side you will find his other one

That is odd but what you have taken a picture of is definitely a nipple

Definitely a nipple! One of ours had an extra one
