Hi,

This may seem a bit weird. I've just noticed that my Mr. Wendall is making an odd Brup sound every time he eats one of his butt poos. Is this normally? I've never noticed this before. I'm not sure if it means that he is constipated or in some sort of pain. Is this a sign?

It depends on his age and how loud and painful it is. Some of my do it sometimes without being constipated. Older piggies will find it more difficult, especially if they are a bit arthritic.

our boar makes a very slight sound a bit like yours when picking his "snacks" :)

How old is Mr. Wendall?
It might be worth a check to see if he's not passing all his poops.....if he's an older boar you may have to help him by cleaning out his sack

I think he is alright. I've been watching him since he made the noises yesterday and he seems fine. No more noises. I'll keep my eyes and ears open though as always.

I think I always think there is something wrong with at least one of the pigs when it gets to exam time and I should be studying.

He is getting on all right with all of his nose and eye poos too, no problems there :p
