Hell, just noticed an ugly looking thing on our boar’s belly-attached is a picture of it. It oozes and smells badly, but the piggie doesnt seem to be in pain- we carefully cleaned it and he was perfectly fine with us doing so. He also runs around and eats as normal. We’ll be going to the vets tomorrow morning, but was wondering if anyone knew what it could be?
Thanks Slavka & Dec

OUCH! That needs definitely to be seen by a vet and requires a hands-on examination and diagnosis plus proper treatment, including an antibiotic.

Without that, your guess is as good ours. :(

It is certainly infected, whatever it is, so good thing you are seeing the vet!

If it smells really bad it could be a burst abscess. It will need cleaning out and appropriate medication
