Weird reddish lump by guinea pig’s mouth?

Hi! I’m a completely new member to this forum, and need help with one of my pigs.
I had a mishap with my herd of what I thought were 3 females, but it turned out one was male and impregnated one of my other females. She gave birth to 2 amazing little piggies, Chewy and Fig. They’re both male and have been living together for their whole life, with seemingly no fighting.
They are now both 2 months old (as of the day before yesterday)and I picked up Chewy for a health inspection.
I noticed this weird red-orange lump on his mouth. When I ran my finger over it it seemed quite hard, but he didn’t flinch in any sort of pain.
should I be worried about this?
lastly, I’m afraid I don’t know how to insert pictures from my camera roll into the thread. If anyone knows how, I’ll provide some.

Afraid I can't see it v clearly as I'm on my phone. Hopefully one of the health specialists will be along soon and able to help, but it's 1:30am here in the UK, so a bit quiet. I hope it's nothing to worry about

I would pop him along to a vet to have it checked. There is an infection called cheilitis which can cause scabs around the mouth so it would be worth having it checked out. Cheilitis can be bacterial or fungal so if it is that, then treatment is necessary. It is caused by bacteria getting into small cuts around the mouth (often caused by feeding acidic foods - tomatoes or fruit).
