Weird sound

So one of my pigs Arlo has been making a cu kind of sound. I dont know how to explain it but he just some times make this weird sound. Its not him sneezing its something else. I will try and get it on video but I'm not sure if i can get it because he does it randomly.
 
He could be coughing. Otherwise not sure. If you are unsure a check up at the vet might be good. xx
