Weird...

I was going to bed, and I checked on roger and george's water bottle and it looked full, which is weird because they usually go through a lot of water during the day. I looked at it, seemed normal, and put it back up, and immediately they ran over to it and started fighting over it. It got to the point where I had to take piglets bottle over to them and they both drank frantically for a few minutes. But I can't figure out why they weren't drinking before that. I felt bad because they were both obviously thirsty, but the bottle has been there, full, all day! mallethead am I missing something?!

How strange. Does it have something maybe blocking the nuzzle so they cannot get anything out of it?

Maybe the little ball had got stuck. This can happen sometimes. By the sounds of it the bottle wasn't working as it should.

this happened to me, the ball had got stuck half way down the nozzle.

that's probably what happened. i feel like a terrible mummy for not noticing it sooner. they were sooo thirsty

Hey this is not your fault. Please do not blame yourself. These things happen and you noticed it and corrected it for them. They would have got water from their vegetables too.
