@Janey has brought two of her baby girls to come and live with the Tribe today. They are adorable and not too fazed with the big change. Janey and I are hoping that they will bond with my single lady Beryn, who has failed to gel with any of the Tribe groups.

Thanks for posting this Wiebke - it's lovely to see them, am missing them already and the other piggies seem pretty quiet too. Huge thanks for taking them in and for your company today - it was lovely to meet your piggies and cuddle a few too.

Awww. How long will you give them to get to know each other through the grids before you bond them?

As long as it takes; there are no hard and fast rules. I want Beryn more relaxed with their presence. The body language and interaction through the bars have to feel right.

Oh my word, they have grown since I last saw them! Mind you, they were only 4 days old and wiggly little munchkins  Paws crossed the bonding goes well and they accept each other :luv: x

Massive hugs Jane, very brave of you letting go of these cuties today :hug: But you know they are in the bestest hands ever  x

They look so small next to Wiebke's piggies Tim! And believe me, they are still very wriggly when they want to be ;)

It's one of the hardest things I've had to do for quite a while - never given any animal away before and not feeling the best right now but I know they have the best possible home that I could hope for x

When you wrote "single lady" my mind sang. "All the single ladies, all the single ladies, all the single ladies, put your paws up!"

awwwwww  Congratulations Wiebke, another two little beauties  who are going to have the most wonderful life with you and the tribe

@Janey so please these two little ones have been rehomed in such a fab home x

Gorgeous babies. I've never seen ones so small

They are 5 weeks old, but on the smaller side. We have waited until the pups were old enough to travel and their immune system more solid for the transition. As they have come straight into a room with piggies on all sides, it was safe enough doing it this way.

Oh I'm sure you've covered all risks involved, I'm very new to looking after guineas - I wouldn't have known the best way to protect such young babies. Adorable!
