Sally and addy were adopted today to hopefully be bonded with marshmallow and caramel 😍 they are 3 years old 💖 they are currently neighboured with marshmallow and caramel who seem excited after being just the two of them since the end of August 🥰

When I booked the adoption appointment I completely forgot it was on my birthday 🙈 but when I realised it seemed extra special 🥰 what also felt extra special was their ages- three 3y olds and 4y old is exactly what we would've had if mal and flower hadn't left for the bridge far too soon 💝 a birthday gift from the rainbow Bridge?

Super proud of these beautiful girls 🥰 they were apparently extremely shy (especially addy) but today addy has come forward for a head rub and Sally has taken a treat from my hand 🥰 they have actually spent the majority of the last 24 hours chilling out in the open which I'm taking as very positive 💖

belated birthday wishes, and hello beautiful little ladies, you have landed in your feet in your lovely new home😊
 
Pleased to report both these lovely girls have recovered wonderfully from their ovariectomies and Sally hit a huge milestone today- she was calm enough for a cuddle from the smallest human 🥰 Addy is still very skittish and isn't chill enough with big human cuddles to be ready for the small humans yet but she is getting braver at interacting through the cage and taking food from all our hands by the day 🥰
 
I just wanted to share an update on how proud I am of these two wonderful girlie's and how well they are doing ❤️
Sally has been having laser therapy for her arthritis for the past 18months and she is absolutely smashing it! 5.5years old, 1.1kg and a bundle of cuddlyness! From skittish and terrified to the most chill pig you could ever meet who loves having a story read by small humans 🤣
Addy has gone from the most skittish pig I've ever met in my life to a relaxed little lady who is enjoying her retirement one treat and one cuddle at at time 🥰 she's been such great support to her sister Sally and her cheeky antics bring a smile to my face, even on my hardest days! She's cheeky, adorable and will do anything for an apple slice 🤣
