Junior Guinea Pig
Ok so I have had Henry and Clive just over a week Friday 7th December to be exact. They are adopted and about 4 months old.
Ive fallen for them big time I get all excited when I see them pop out of the hidey. At first as soon as they heard something they would be off but now while they still go away they do it slower and they also come out a lot quicker.
Henry is the dominant one and he has been a little pickle(shall I say) Clive always runs from him when he is going to annoy him.
I have started trying to feed them by hand. Henry takes things from me and will get about an inch away from my hand before he turns away. Clive takes things eventually but doesnt get as close as Henry.
I have not been able to touch them yet but feel time is getting closer for me to be able to( dont want to scare them)
I have bought some c and c parts so hopefully in a few weeks they will have a huge home for them.
When I clean the cage I do onw side at a time and then they run into the other when I take their hidey. After a little while of cleaning they seem to want to know what I am getting up to and come to the cage opening and look at me and nibble some hay.
All in all I'm very happy with the progress that has been made on both sides( mine and them).
Lovely little things.
Thanks Thomas
