Lucky has been to the vets… after closer inspection the vet found some hay which had gotten lodged in her eye, must've been underneath the lid but caused obvious discomfort.

Lucky is now on a course of eyedrops and metacam (currently has an evil green eye)

The vet said while she did the examination that she has never treated such well behaved guineas
Yeah I was right chuffed Who wouldn't be?!

Plus my vet loves giving them all cuddles and kisses as much as I do!

Bless her. I'm lucky too to have well behaved piggies when they go to the vet. I always take a fleecy cuddle pocket to sit them on on the vet's table, it makes them feel at home.

It was amusing when Rory went for a check up - he was good as gold getting checked over, let him walk back into the carrier and he started rumbling completely unamused! Vet laughed as was like - Oh I'm sorry!
