hello my 5 year old girl piggie has a very wet under belly and enlarged lady bits ... looks like an infection of the waterworks ? I've washed her and dried her out today but tonight she seems wet and smelly again .... vets on Monday .... btw she seems to be eating and pelliting ok
 
oh bless her, always worth getting her checked out as it could be an infection but also things like ovarian cysts and arthritis can cause them to "leak" urine a bit more and can result in them being a bit messy. Keep the main sleeping area as fresh and dry as you can for her and best of luck on Monday

Please have her seen by a vet; she is likely to need an antibiotic. Make sure that he checks her womb as well, as the fluid could come from there, too. The strong smell indicates an infection.
