Hi All,
As I've mentioned a few days ago I was concerned about Flora and Fleur being very skittish and they were not eating as they should. This was since I moved them to another hutch in a different more sheltered part of the garden. Well today they are still hiding under the hay but they both came out for a nose when I was giving them their veggies this morning and yesterday they even let me stroke them in the hutch so some improvement has happened!
My neighbours must think I'm mad I talk to them like they are babies, but I think it works as Flora was looking at me and seemed a lot calmer. I think it was just settling in again to the new surroundings, they don't seem to like change but slowly I am gaining their trust.
I even thought about putting them in the shed and putting the boys back in the hutch but the boys love it in the shed and it wouldn't be fair on them.
They are now eating better, this morning all veggies has gone, they are still select feeding although I'm changing over to pellets slowly. Now all I've got to do is get a friend for Cuzzy and we are sorted, although if that doesn't work I will get him neutered (its a last resort) and he can go in with the girls!
Will take some pics later on, it's been a month since I shot some nice ones of them so will post when I'm done!
Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday!
