What are some guinea pig essentials

Ive had my pigs now for a year and a bit and I was just wondering if I needed anything else for the pigs! Please reply with suggestions

This is difficult for us to answer given we don’t know what you currently provide for them but basics are a large cage (a 150x60cm for two sows or 180x60cm for two boars), unlimited supply of hay (plus a variety of veg and one tablespoon of grass/hay based pellets per pig per day), hides and tunnels and very importantly a companion.

Also, without a location on your profile we dont know what you may have access to. We ask for a country, US state or UK county to be added to your location to help us tailor our information. Mine love the wooden bendy bridges, tunnels, especially corner tunnels.
A paper bag full of hay goes down a treat as does a hay cube or carrot cottage

I think my three would put at the top of their list hay, hay and more hay,, something cardboard to demolish and a nice tunnel to run through.
