What are some signs of sows going into heat?

Sorry if this isn't in the right section. I noticed Sophie's nipples have gotten bigger/longer than they normally are (she's about 7-8 months old). I know sows go through heat cycles and I was just wondering if there are any signs that she is going through one?
 
When a sow goes into heat she usually makes a rumble noise and walks with her bottom in the air. She will try to mount and chase other piggies too.
 
I mainly see behavioural signs... rumblestrutting, trying to mount other guinea pigs, and generally dispalying 'guinea pig PMS.'
