Hello,

ok thanks but its none of those symptoms and i have three pigs so i dont know who it is ?

Could you place one on white paper towels in a box until they wee? Start with the one who sits in her wee as it could be her.

Its hard to say really, I've had wood shavings where a few shavings have been darker anyway which doesn't give a clear indication of whats going on.

If you have a spare cage I would put a white towel down and put one in at a time and observe them when they wee. Jemima had a severe bout of cystitis recently and wasn't squeaking but would hunch up and only pass small amounts at a time, again no blood was visible.

By seperating the pigs for a short while to see who the culprit could be will help decide who to get to the vets

Sometimes a UTI will just show blood in urine without any other obvious symptoms. You can split them up to determine whose pee it is. I usually get a big Rubbermaid container and set them inside and feed them cucumber until they pee- then I can see the colour and syringe up a sample to take to the vet if needed. HTH a bit!

It's difficult to tell from the image, but it does look more orange than pink. Piggy's wee can turn a rusty orange colour when it comes into contact with the air (due to oxidisation). This can be completely normal. Pink wee, or clear signs of blood/clots, however, is not normal.

Is it possible to sit your piggies in a clear bowl, or put them out to run on a tiled/lino flooring (if it is safe to do so), one at a time, to find out if they are weeing pink urine, or if it is clear and turning orange after a few minutes?

yeah because it looks like carrot peelings with the sawdust but its definitely not carrot peelings x

I agree with Jerrybelly looks like normal wee that's dried. With a Uti it us more pink when dries (not to be mistaken with beetroot wee). I would do as suggested and get them out individually and see if any signs of squeaking when weeing and what colour the wee is. I pop mine in a white tub for this.
