So ive nearly had my guinea pigs for about year, and they have had a lot of peppers and stuff you might eat for yourself. But my piggies have got bored of what I'm feeding them :o We have a lot of fruit they can eat but not any vegtables. Do you know what else i can feed my piggies that you can just pop to the shops and buy? I feel bad for them because they just get the same dinner nearly every day :o

There's a great sticky in the food section of the forum showing you what you can feed them and how often/much to feed them. The vast majority can be picked up in your average shop (carrot, cucumber, celery, parsnip, cabbage, broccoli etc) the sticky is great!

Here is a good thread on a balanced diet.
Remember that guinea pigs actually don't need a huge and widely varied diet like some other animals, and are fairly happy with lots of good hay, a few pellets and some fresh veg daily.

We have had our guinea pigs for nearly 8 months, and the highlight of their day is still the fresh hay trays!

Recommendations For A Balanced General Guinea Pig Diet
