I was wondering what guinea pigs do when they're content? From what I've learnt, they tend to bite their teeth together every so often and they do a sneeze kind of thing, like a sudden puff of air comes out of their nose, and their eyes also start to go droopy and they sometimes shuffle around a little as if they're trying to get comfy. I mean I could be totally wrong, but my guinea pigs often do this, and I was holding one of the new baby pigs that I got yesterday and she also kept doing this.

(Here are the new babies! They still need names, so any suggestions are welcome... Kind of leaning towards Pumpkin Spice for the more gingery/brindled one, since it is almost Halloween.)

Beautiful piggies.
As for what they do when content I think it varies from pig to pig (at least it does in our house).
Ruby chatters constantly.
Seriously when she is happy during lap time she keeps up a continual stream of gentle squeaks.
Lucy on the otehr hand stretches right out and pops out one (or both) of her back legs.
Eddi is a kisser - when he is content he will shuffle up your chest and lick your nose or chin.
I'm not sure about Oreo yet - she is fine being held and will happily settle on a lap, but I just get the impression that she doesn't love it quite as much as the others.

Swissgreys Oh that is so sweet! Your piggies sound adorable. I forgot to mention that the darker one (who mostly does what I think are happy signs) also seems to talk to me. I don't know how to explain the noise, but it's the noise piggies make when they kind of chortle to each other... Anyway, it's very cute! :)
