Yep. My sisters rabbit took a big chunk ouy of my first guinea pigs ear. It bled A LOT so you need to see a vet to stop the bleeding. They have a few veins in their ears so you need to make sure it's looked at properly.
As it's a bite it could get infected so the vet will check that for you too.
Once sorted you need to cat proof your cage. Make sure your pig is fully enclosed and the cat can't get at it. It would be wise to not let the cat in the same room so it can't frighten the pig.
