Please help i dont know what to do, ive had my two girl pigs bout 10days now, and they jist dont seem to get on, sometimes they do, i feel stuck in a vicious circle it seems the little one popcorns quite lot and has caught the bigger one a couple if times, now the bigger one goes for the little one, then they go for each other not full fighting just a nip then the smaller one runs off, this doesnt happen all the time, also they wont sleep together, they go for eachother as if to say get out my bed, is there anything i can do or is there no hope, i have not got room for two cages, they are sitting together fine at the minute, nut its very rare and far between, also the bigger ones nosr is sore itd skin is peeling and some fur has gone, she seems ok n fine in herself oohhh please help? x

sounds like she has fungal and this is why she's being funny with the little one, you need to take them to your vets and get some cream/shampoo for it, and treat them both.

Thank you, come to think of it they got on before it appeared on her nose, i wonder how she got it, they havnt been outside yet, i hope this works and they get on after xx

fungal like ringworm can be on their skin for weeks (sometimes months) before they might show any signs of it, things like stress can bring it out - so if they've just moved to you it could be that they weren't showing it before and with the stress of the move it's just set in.

Or if they're outside they can catch it from cats or dogs...or any other animal they may come into contact with. I just hope for your sake it's not ringworm! that is the worst thing to get rid of!
