What do i look for?

I am bathing and grooming my guinea's tomorrow, i normally clip their nail's about once a month and bathe them less often but i was wondering what kind of thing's to regularly check for? I have sow's.

Lumps, bumps and bald bits! Also a wee check of their delicates to make sure they have nothing stuck there.
