What do these sounds mean?

1st noise

I had taken piggles into my bedroom and I put her on my bed and she started squeaking a lot, she seemed sorta desperate to find something or get attention so I'm unsure what it means.

2nd noise

Since she was very squeaky today I couldn't get a better video of the noise but you can hear it more at the end. She makes this noise when she's just chilling and she won't stop until I put her in her cage, she seem happy sometimes she yawns and lies down but I'm not exactly sure.

This is the noise guinea pigs make when they are annoyed with each other. It is good that she feels comfortable enough with you to tell you how she is feeling, a scared guinea pig will be silent. You could try and make her feel more comfortable by giving her a nice bed to hide in or some food to nibble on.
