What Do You Do With Your Piggies?

We watch films which isn't always very successful as OH is allergic to Spike, (not Peanut for some strange reason), Spike always tries to climb off me and sit on OHs shoulder which results in OH sneezing a lot.

i talk to them a lot... kids get jealous when they hear my voice and they come out and see me........

Awwwww, hahaha. I thought it was @Galaxy&nibbles who had the pet hamster called ouija.........:|
I was gunna say, my free range hamster misteriously found his way into the pigs, he was chasing after Pat and cokes and climbing on their backs trying to hump them, then climbed into their food bowl and pouched all their food and they were just staring at him like
Even i just stood there like

.........anyway........................thats the end of that story. pahaha

Ouija the film, no I don't have a hamster, though I did when I was younger called Mr squishy lol. I won't sleep tonight now lol. It's nice to know what you do with your piggies

This is hilarious!

I play hide & seek with Biscuit. She always wins! Fudge reads magazines with me, although she's not always impressed & often does a 360 turn to show me her disapproval.

I just enjoy sat next to them, usually talking while they ignore me and eat.

Watch TV and play games with Kindle watching... obvious snuggles and games of "hide and seek" in the bedding and laundry... Often she just hangs out with me while I do my art or play guitar or whatever I'd be doing without her there. I haven't yet figured out a safe and sanitary way to keep her with me while I'm cooking, but that's virtually the only activity she's not regularly my companion for. :)

That's so sweet. What about a bag to put her in?

Thank you! A bag? Hmm... That might work if she was in the mood for a nap, but otherwise I think she'd be very unhappy stuck in something as stuffy and confining as a bag or small box. I tried putting her in a large computer box with a jacket that smelled like me a few months ago when I was called out to help carry groceries in and didn't have time to take her back up to her cage... she HATED it, she was absolutely terrified. I was only gone 5 minutes at most and when I got back she had gotten herself tangled in the jacket and was cowering in a corner covered in wee. I felt so bad. :(

I think the best solution might ultimately be to just set up her wicker castle on the dining room table where we can see each other and interact still... it's all of two steps outside the kitchen door... and she won't be near the food prep spaces or taking up precious counter space or table space where my parents like to sit in the evening. :)

Oh that's a shame, I use a bag to take roddy for a walk and he loves it, just put a towel in the bottom and well yeh, we go out, thought it might work for you :-)

I watch telly with my pigs - they do like their soaps! I've also watched Netflix in bed with a piggy before! I've sat playing computer games with a pig by my side, too.

I mostly pig-watch in the garden, especially in the evenings when they're more active. Sometimes I take them on our swinging bench.

They've also helped me with homework, revision, assignments, and even my dissertation! By help I mean moral support...their academic skills aren't up to much!
