What do you love most about guinea pigs?

For me it has to be piggy kissesdrool

If I let Rosie she would sit and lick me all day long:(|)
 
the way if you have more than one they will 'gang' up on you at veggie time to steal more than their share :)
 
I love the way they talk, they way they interact with each other, how they kiss me and sleep on my lap, the way they popcorn when they're happy, when they follow me up and down the garden when they're out in their runs hoping for titbits, everything about their appearances and the way they've always been there to soak up my tears through many difficult times over the years :) I LOVE my guinea pigs lol x)
 
I love the way they waddle around during free time.
And also how they come up to me to see what I have for them...
 
I love the way the always cheer me up.
I love having Putt sitting on my lap - at that point in time I don't think I could be any more content.
I love the way my new girls are standing against the front of the bars in a morning yelling for breakfast.
I love just sitting down quietly by them and watch them going about 'piggle business'
 
i love how my boys make me look like a crazy lady because they hide when people ae in the room so it looks like i have imaginary guineas:{
 
Freddie... just his little face when he looks up.

Marmalade... that he acts tough but he's a little softy who needs a lot of affection.
 
I love the way they wheek when they hear me getting out of bed and how every morning when I say 'Hello Boys', they start biting on their homes until I tickle each of their heads and give them their breakfast.

I also love the way George knows his own name and chases me around the room like a puppy, and when he's exploring he makes a funny grunting noise!

I love how Elliot and Oscar do the most amazing, high popcorns and sometimes fall onto their sides when they're doing it! Those boys alarm me. I always think they're having seizures!
 
Pretty much everything!.... How cute they are, how loving they can be, the noises they make, their funny little mannerisms, piggy kisses, their lips.... I could go on forever!
 
what i love about my piggys the most are piggy kisses, licks and how they popcorn crazy when i rustle a wrapper :)
 
I like...
  • Their cheeky little faces when you catch them doing something, or they're trying to not draw attention. Izzy has perfected this look.
  • Their little piggy lips which are so kissable and lovely!
  • The noise they make when they hear my dad getting them grass. I provide their food and cuddles, but my dad has always been the grass provider and they love it!
  • Their bums. Cute. Especially when you have a big fat bottom sticking out of a tube.
  • Babies - cheeky, inquisitive and very fun to watch terrorising the adults and ninja-grabbing food off them!
  • EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS AWESOME.

I love seeing them happy. I love to see them enjoying their vegetables and just popcorning about because they have had some fresh hay lol So cute.
 
I love it when they popcorn, the way their bums wiggle when they run. When they wheek if they hear a bag rustling and they know it's veggie time. I just love them x)
 
I love everything about my piggies, but there is something so relaxing for me watching them eat their bowl of veggies and fruit. Just the contented munching sound and their expressions of bliss is wonderful.
 
I love everything about my piggies and I love them all...but Snickers is my special boy and I love the way when I get him out for cuddles and he runs up my front and nestles under my chin and chatters away telling me about his day and what he has been up to...when I have had a horrible day it's guaranteed to make me feel 100% better.
 
i also love they way rocky will 'paw' your leg for attention if you sit next to him and ignore him he always does it to emmas dad (my landlord)
 
I'm just sitting here in bed, the piggies have just had their veggies and they are in the next room and I can hear them chittering away to each other and running and popcorning around. I love listening to it xox
 
Everything! Even though I don't have any piggies yet, my friend had one and striaght away I picked her up and she was so playful (and cheeky)!

Onyx loves to step up onto my hand when she knows it is time for her to go into her house
Velvet the way she sits out and has nose in the air, trying to smell what's happening (she's blind)

That's just two things i thought of first :)

Aww, Velvet :) Piggies with special needs are all the more lovely and beautiful. My dog was also blind and I always think it's amazing the way animals cope with their disability. Piggy kisses to Onyx and Velvet xoxo

Love to see them sleeping with little chicken legs sticking out, my little girl lies with her head resting on her two tiny front paws...sooo cute and delicate. Baby piggies with huge gangly feet have me cooing too ;)
Watching them enjoying clean fleeces after clean outs, checking out every corner and forgiving them for pooping within minutes. Popcorning and running around playing together always makes me laugh, knowing they're happy.
Aww, fat bottoms sticking out of the hay buckets, hearing them rustling round in there but mostly, coming home from work and hearing them wheeking :(|)
Little faces at the pens eagerly waiting to say hello, 'what have you got for us this evening ?' x)x)
Such hard work watching them, can sit for hours no problems and good excuse not to do any boring chores :x
 
Everything but especially Piggy kisses from Maisie x) who we came very close to losing, their ears wiggling when they are wheeking and the ability to make every day that little bit better. Have to admit there is nothing quite like a piggy. :))
 
I just love their little sounds.

I missed Itchy's little noises so much when he died. It was why I had to get one for myself once I was an adult.

But now I love watching them interact. I never had two as a child, just one, so having two its lovely to see how they react to one another and play.
 
The way their ears flap when they eat and crawl up under my chin for a neck cuddle. Watching our baby piggie Teazer square up to our older boy Brian as if he's the boss. Our beautiful girl Timon sleeping inside my bath robe while we watch telly. Their just the best !

Kisses xoxo, fuzziness, cuddliness, the way they kind of leap when they run, their big buggy eyes, the way their ears twitch when they're sleepy, their huge noses and tiny mouths, the way they sit on your lap and don't run away, how they're hypnotized @) by TVs and computers, wheeking, the way they look when they're wet, and 'baby fat' on the back of their neck. Gotta love the baby fat. :))

Pretty much guinea pigs in general. x)
