Was wondering what others think of this cage

We can't build a c&c as I just don't think that even with a roof it would provide enough protection from our cats. We don't have the floor space to have a run attached to our current 2 storey cage, we only have space to go upwards instead.

Any opinions? ?

Looks quite expensive, couldnt you make a c+c one, but be careful to use cable ties, and have a lid on it?

You could secure the lid with clips, which could be opened when you need.

Piggies need floor space on one level which renders that cage useless. The main benefit of the C&C cages are the fact that they provide the horizontal room to let the pigs run laps. Not all piggies are confident about going up and down ramps so the cage in the link could also prove to be unsafe. I agree that if it's fastened tightly with cable ties and has a sturdy lid then the cats shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think it's a suitable cage for a guinea to be honest. The ramps would have to be changed - don't think they'd be wide enough, and they should be solid. As Daftscotslass says, need more space on one level.
