Nibbles keeps rummbling and poking her nose into Snaps ear what does it mean?

Snap is Nibbles daughter.
 
It sounds like Nibbles is just trying to be dominant. Just keep an eye on them and make sure they don't start fighting.

I had a guinea pig named Nibbles. She was a very domineering piggy too! :))
 
I have been watching them closely and thought it was all OK, now today they have started chinning and chasing each other? Do I need to think about separating them? mallethead
