What does rescue buddy mean?

I've seen a couple of members who have the words rescue buddy underneath their username instead of new born pup or teenage guinea pig or any of those. What does this mean?

I think it means they're associated with a rescue.

A rescue buddy is someone who posts in the rehoming section on behalf of a rescue to say which piggies are available.

A forum buddy is someone who has been an active member of the forum for some time and takes time to welcome new members, point them in the right direction for using the forum etc
