What does this sound mean?

We have a young piggy who makes this one particular sound when being held. I haven’t been able to capture good audio but it is exactly the sound the guinea pig is making in the attached video. The comments on that video are mixed. Some people are saying it’s a happy sound and some are saying it’s a sound of distress. Which is it? We’re pretty new owners and still learning, and if we’re causing her any upset it would be good to know what we should be doing differently.

That's happy guinea pig chatter... some pigs are chattier than others. I always kind of think it sounds like someone rubbing their wet fingers on a window! LOL!
