Favourite always is cucumber. Never been refused. Same as grass, they love it. Timothy hay. Other things they like, but sometimes go off then come back to it ..... spring greens, sweetheart (pointed) cabbage, corn on the cob, baby corns, apple, celery, carrot, pak choi, broccoli. They don't drink much water which used to worry me, until I decided they probably get enough moisture from the veg, especially the cucumber. Oh yes, they have their dry food too.
Mine LOVE tomato!
they also get silverbeet, cucumber, broccoli, carrot, apple, spinach, cauliflower, cucumber, parsley, basil, lots of grass and hay and pellets.( i grow all the veg myself or i would be a poor slave and useless to them)
Mine HATE brocolli... It will stay in their cage for aaaages without as much as a nibble... They do like their spring greens and love parsley, spinach, pears, the odd grape...
Mine love grapes, cherries, romiane lettuce, carrots, kale & their very favourite is grass. They won't touch cucumber, pak choi, strawberrys, raddish, asparagus & most of the other veggies....I keep trying to tempt them with other stuff but they leave it in the bowl & poo on it to show their disgust. I mix p@h museli, Tescos & wagg dry food together.....
i have a very fussy piggy. He only likes grapes, brocoli stalks and leaves, lettuce, rose petals! carrot sometimes (at the moment not!) cauliflower leaf and pak choi
I gave him some sugar snaps and beans yesterday to try out but to no avail.
I tried him on strawberries, but he only ate the green part of it! fussy big!
He refuses to eat cucumber, i cant understand it! most of peoples piggies on here love it!
mine love Basil ,they start to squeak like hell, when I chop Basil in the kitchen.
they love salad, cucumber ,tomatoes, but like their pellets as well..noticed though they have both different taste..and the naughty one sometimes kicks the stuff out of the food bowl
My pig will eat almost anything but nectarines, he hates those, his favourites are carrot and cucumber. He used to be crazy about apple and banana, but he's not too keen on them now.
