What else can I feed her?

Right, even thoug I've had Cindy for 5 years, she's ate roughly the same diet through her whole life.

I feed her.
-Museli
-Hay
-Cucumber (her fave)
-Celery
-Apple (when we havent got anything else to feed her)
-Banana
-The odd bit of lettue now and again
-Carrot
-Broccoli

Erm.. Thats all I feed her really :))
she's healthy and sh gets enough food, I just wanted to know what your guinea pigs fave food is and what else I can try her with.

Cindy's got a constant supply of hay and she's always munching on it and she always has a bowl of museli there. I'm just wondering about the fruit and veg, like what others I can feed her so she dosen't get bored :))

You can't have it spelled out any better, but please do not expect me to rattle it all down for you.
 
i've just introduced mine to herbs, parsley and coriander are a huge hit. They also love Spinich (not too much tho) Kale, Spring Greens, melon (all fruit is just a treat so not every day) The ratewatchers diet is a good way to get ideas of new foods to introduce gradually and make sure they have a balanced diet.
Isn't it funny, mine adore cucumber as well - must be the guinea pig equivalent to chocolate!
 
Green peppers are a fave with my boys. Corn on the cob is good, but not too much as it is fattening. There is also tomatoes but make sure the green stalk thing isn't on. I tend not to give fruit to them but they are supposed to love seedless grapes and strawberrys!
 
My piggies like grass and dandelion leaves the best. Although at the moment our garden is under snow! I'm sure they are desperate for spring when the grass starts to grow again.
Our local green grocers have been selling huge lollo rosso lettuces recently and they were very popular with the piggies. Mine also like the stalks of broccolli (we eat the flowery bits). They also like spring cabbage and celery.
 
Definitely give those sticky threads a read, they are well worth it!

My boys love red and yellow peppers (although as Laura mentions in one of those sticky threads, red pepper can discolour their urine, which gave us a big fright the first time it happened!) Oh, and every now and then, for a special treat, they are allowed a raisin - they LOVE them!
