I currently feed these every day: cucumber, romaine, pepper, celery, coriander. Any recommendations what i should add to the rotation or anything to change with the current feeding? Are there any smaller size calcium high veg that i could feed once a week since parsley and kale are sold in quite large quantities and it goes to waste.

What you are feeding is absolutely fine. It provides a range of nutrients and you don’t need to add anything else.
I don’t often add anything else in now with the cost of everything going up - if my piggies get anything else, then it’s an off cut of what I’ve already got for us

Okay well thank you. I just every now and then get worried if i'm doing things correctly but i guess everything's okay. What do you think should i start transitioning to healthier pellets. The piggies are soon 4 months old and are currently eating Burgess Excel pellets but i was thinking of buying Selective Natural Grain Free next.

Pellets being such a small part of the diet, provided they are kept limited to just one tablespoon per pig, no matter what matter which pellet you choose. Grain free are recommended but burgess are fine to feed. I have heard burgess have good balance of nutrients.
I personally feed Haybox own pellets but mix of burgess in with them, however, I also don’t feed pellets often (just a few times a week).

You could try cauliflower, tomotoes. Ours go mental for blueberries as a small treat sometimes.

Mine love a green bean or two when I buy them .
They are also happy to share any chicory or fennel that may be available for them.

I used to rotate what they had based on what we had in for us to eat. There would be the staples I would buy for the piggies but then they would have veggies based on things that were on offer or if we had brought something different for us to eat

Latte whole-heartedly agrees with the suggestion of green beans. The farm store on my way home usually has bin of them that you can grab as many or as few beans as you like, so I toss a handful in a bag for her if we're not having green beans or a few extra from what we want if we are. All my guinea pigs have loved carrot, but that's a very occasional treat. Sometimes they'll also get a different lettuce mixed into their rotation, like a butterhead or a green leaf instead of romaine; I've done red leaf, too, but it's more hit and miss. They LOVE it when I grow the lettuce for them. You could always grow a pot of parsley if that's something they like ... it's great for cooking, too.
