Hello, I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me determine what sex my two new baby pigs are please? They were born today, therefore a little crusty still.

Thank you in advance xx

Hi

Baby 2 is definitely a boy, and baby likely another one but I would like to see a larger shot to be absolutely sure.

As a hands-on measure at home you can feel both boys for the resence of a penis ridge under the skin just above the penis button, it's like a basmati rice corn stuck under the skin. Sows don't have this.

This picture here shows you where exactly to feel:

Hi,
Thank you so much for this! I've managed to take better photos and I'm thinking baby 1 is male and baby 2 is female?

Baby 1 is a male on your last picture and the inside of the slit looks female now for baby 2. The knob is clearly pointy in the last picture, there is a Y groove and I can see a fleshy seal peaking through below.

Try the penis shaft feel (presence and absence) to make absolutely sure.

And please post a picture of the pups; babies are always so cute! ❤️
