What have you built or made for your piggies?

Hey piggy people! I’m wondering what the coolest thing you’ve ever made or built for your piggies is? For pigmas, I built my boys a castle bridge-type thing out of extra c&c grids and coroplast and they LOVE it! I’d be happy to include some pictures if anyone’s wondering!

I built my boys a DIY 6x2 c&c cage. Expansion is happening tomorrow! Adding a 2x2 section to make an L shape!

I sew all of my liners and cage accessories.

I make lots of fleecey items for them but this cube is my favourite

I've made C&C cages which are ever changing! I make my fleece liners, pee pads and tunnels. I want to learn to make a different kind of fleece tunnel (like @Bill & Ted makes) with cotton material and foam this year.

A very good skill to have. Caspy loves his box beds, he says "the other's can all have those fleece things". I came home from Wales with a pile of suitable sized boxes rescued from my daughter's recycling pile!

It wasn’t me but my husband and brother-in-law built them a hutch. I’ve made a hay bag, fleece liners, pee pads, fleece forests and hammocks. Though they hid under rather than on them

That is absolutely amazing! I’m so impressed! How did you get it to stand upright/retain its shape?

I’ve made toilet pads which aren’t that great but do the job, but my proudest creation is this hay feeder- being modelled by Zizi below

Me too! My local grocery store where I get my piggies veggies has two tables full of all the boxes from their deliveries so I have an unlimited supply! ill also post a picture of their bridge as soon as I clean! Gotta make everything look nice!

I made the these wooden stands out of inexpensive wall studs and painted them. They come apart, the middle section lifts out.

I also put together the C&C cages all by myself, so many zipties. I think the top structure is the longest 2-story I've seen - 10×2 grids, plus the offset loft. I spent a long time brainstorming where and what kind of doors and lids and stuff to use for best access to all the levels. It is surprisingly easy to clean out and I can get all the coroplast out easily too.

I'm planning on expanding it further, going to make it go off in an L-shape I think. Still drawing up ideas.

Oh and I built a matching hay bin on wheels, looks a mess right now though... it really only holds like 100 or so pounds of hay and I tried to stuff an extra 100 pounds in yesterday on top of that. They had some nice Bermuda hay at the feed store for only $18!
