What is that on his nose?

We can only guess! If it is hard now it has dried, then it could be boar glue

Yes I’ve had to cut nice big clumps of this out of Jess’s hair over the years and Rupert always got a nice crusty face with it :doh:Definitely like super glue!

Thanks for asking this @Kevinthepiggy My 5 year old guinea pig Granville has had this problem and I have been monitoring his breathing which has been normal. I was going to the vet to get him checked over for fungus but you have saved me an embarrassing visit.
