Roger is unwell (sprained his foot) so he hasn't been moving around very much (in the hospital cage), and to keep him up to speed digestive wise, I want to give him some probiotics. Piglet was prescribed some from the vet on March 15, 2012, and we still have half a bottle. They have been kept in a dark bottle, in a cool, dry space. Will they still be affective if I give some to Roger? Any replies appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry to read Roger is unwell. What type are they? We had some avipro plus that was a year old and it seemed to be doing the job. If in doubt, poo soup is always a great probiotic... Hope Rogers leg gets better soon x
