What Is This? Blood Or..?

Hello, so I left my guinea pigs with my mom for a few days and she feed thems lots of beetroot even though I said just feed the stuff in the plastic bag. So today I found this. I also feed them tomato and they like to drag their food everywhere. Do you think its tomato juice or blood? There were 4 or 5 of these red dots.

I'll be keeping a very close eyes on both of them and will be doing a health check tommorw and I'll try to get a better image.

Beetroot tends to be more purple. In the image, the substance is the bright-red color of blood. Tomato juice is a little less concentrated. It could just be the beet juice mixing with urine, but make sure your pigs don't look like their in pain and don't squeal when they urinate. Also, smell it and make sure it's either pee or some kind of juice. I am definatly not a vet or super experienced in medical issues in cavies, but I'm just giving my opinion.
