Is this something to worry about?

Could be just the scab from a little scratch.
 
I am inclined to agree, it doesn't look problematic at the moment, it is just one very small area.
 
I would keep an eye on it but doesn't look too bad at the moment, on a related note your picture is great! all my close ups come out blurry :(
