What is this?

Is it dry, flaky skin that comes off with hair to leave a bald spot? The picture is too blurred to tell properly (it's always difficult to get a sharp picture). If it's on the ears too, it may well be fungal that needs to be seen by a vet.

I'd be thinking fungal to be honest, vets check would be advised

I got to new pictures hopefully it’s better

Is it contagious the ringworm or the fungal to my other guinea pig or humans

Yes it is highly contagious to any other animals in the property, not just other pigs but any other pets too. It is also highly contagious to humans and proper hygiene rules must be followed to prevent contamination

Riñgworm is fungal. Riñgworm is highly contagious and unfortunately quite common. Some other fungal infections are not as contagious but definitely see the vet ASAP. Impossible to diagnose from a pic
