I recently discovered some sort of illness on my guinea pig's behind. Can anyone tell me what it could be?

I recently discovered some sort of illness on my guinea pig's behind. Can anyone tell me what it could be?
Looks to be a lot of bald patches and potential scabs - there can be multiple reasons for such symptoms occurring. Only a hands on check by a vet is really going to be able to give you a diagnosis and the correct treatment
