Please see a vet promptly - it looks like an eye ulcer is coming on. Ulcers generally cause by an injury; they are a layer of bluish gunk forming on top of the eye surface. It takes a special dye for a vet to assess the extent of the damage; it is often not visible by naked eye.

Eye injuries can deteriorate very quickly but tend to heal pretty quickly if treatment is started promptly and the infection cannot penetrate further into the eye.

i took him to the vet and it’s sometiinf about the eye lense being pushed up and there was nothing they could do besides remove it

Do I understand correctly that your boy has had to have an eye removed?
If so I am so sorry - it must have been a bit traumatic for both of you.
