What did your Vet say it is?
Hi! Please see a vet. This looks like severe fungal to me! Home treatment on spec with a little cream is not enough.
If you see a vet within 2-3 weeks of purchase, you can reclaim any wet cost from a pet shop by presenting the bill together with the sales receipt if the vet diagnosis proves that exposure and infection must have happened at the pet shop.
Please start saving up for vet fees ideally before you get any pets and continue to do so on a weekly basis so you are at all times able to see a vet. Illness and emergency never happens at a good time, but vet fees will make the biggest expense for any responsible pet owner, irrespective of the species you are keeping.
