What makes you go weak when it comes to guinea pigs?

I'm sure most if not all of us on here love guineas regardless of their age, background, pedigree (or lack of it).
But what makes your heart flip and your knees go weak about them?

For me it is the long-haired types, I'm not interested or impressed by there adherence to the breed standard, but there is something so special about this "type" of boy and girl :)
Also the little oldies, they are so precious and have a gentle wisdom written in their whiskered faces. Time is so precious when are guineas age...

What gets me is when they drop their bottom lip down! Just want to squeeze them!
 
I think their lil noses and fluffy faces
mum and I went in the local pet shop the other day and we were both twitching to buy some and bring them home,we have room etc but just dont have the money right now..I know I wont be able to resist if i go in again,I cant stand the way pet shops cram them all in one cage and charge disgusting prices
we bough one a few weeks ago for £10 and the next week they went up to £16 wtf................

THE WAY THEY LOOK AT ME AND GET ALL EXCITED WHEN I BRING THEM TREATS

everything is soooo cutie, their little chubby body, lickle tiny toes, big bright shiny eyes, oooohhhh and yes those kissy lips......... OO I'm off for a cuddle with my two now... lol

their iccle kissy toes and their iccle squishy nose.. :D
 
I love longhaired piggies, cute fuzzy tummys and popcorning, it makes me laugh everytime I see them jump.

Also, when I brush Lottie everytime the brush gets near her bum she gives a little squeak and jump, soooo funny ;D
 
Got to be BIG lips - trained Sylvie to come for a kiss now. She stands up on her back legs & puts her face to the cage bars :-*
 
where to start?
Wheeking, kisses, lips, feet, huge eyes, soft fur, clever brains, kind heats, the best friends I have ever had, their patience with me, the way Riffy licks up my tears. And so on and so on for ever.

one of my pigs Chessy sticks belly out every time so we can do kissy belly
 
Big beady eyes that seem to see right into your soul

Funny shaped ears that are so soft to kiss and nuzzle

Little piggy yawns and stretches
 
Awww now come on i just put Duke to bed, i'll have to get him back out to try kiss him all over AGAIN in all his soft and furry spots better not forget those lips too ;)

I agree with you all they are just the best and what do we say guys GUINEA PIGS RULE .......
 
I just love the way they act, their characters- their 'I dont give a stuff' attitude (Well all of mine have been like that anyway!) haha

I love the way, in the mornings, they seem to trot over to see what goodies you have, always giving you such a loving welcome, and asking nothing in return but love and FOOD! hahaha

When they WHEEK! and when they stand at the bars waiting for you, and will cuddle you no matter how bad you look, they are just lovely! all of mine (with the exception of maria) would cuddle you for hours, Maria would just bite you! lol x
 
The popcorning! When you've just fed them or when they are out for a run or when they have just been cleaned out, the popcorn all over the place, it's so endearing to watch.

Also mine popcorn away like mad when they have just come home from a show.
 
they way they stand at the bars to see wot u have in youre hand, those luverly snuggly noses, letting you kiss there fat warm bellies & the way they try to groom you....
oh & the way norman thinks no one can see him when hes hiding, its a small arch, hes quite a big pig bless :-*
 
I love the long haired too! Also, popcorning! I watch mine popcorning around and it just cracks me up! ;D
 
i love it when jack stands there waiting for his chin to be stroked and he lifts his head up with sheer joy on his face :D
 
I love everything about piggies, but the special thing i love is when i've been crying and they lick away my tears. Just one of the best feelings in the world. :)
 
Ive not really cried when Ive had my gang out,I know it sounds stupid but I would love them to lick my tears,I guess theyre like dogs..they understand when we're sad
 
I love everything about my guinea's! I have one (Scuba) that likes to complain at absolutely everything thats going on around him and I just think its hilarious.
