I’ve had a struggling bond of 2 boars for a little while now. One of them is buddy the other is peanut. I’ve always thought buddy was the dominant one but lately peanut has been trying to become dominant by chasing him around the Cage. I’ve read the forums before they have been separated for a night then put back together and they do just fine until like a month goes by then they seem to struggle again. What should I do

What is the actual behaviour you are seeing? Mounting, chasing, rumbling are all normal dominance behaviours
How old are they they? If they are within their teenage months (up until 14 months of age) then this kind of rumbling and chasing is to be expected. It doesn’t necessary mean their bond isn’t working. There are testosterone spikes during these first 14 months which result in a rise in dominance behaviours which then calm down until the next spike.
How big is their cage? Boars need a lot of room - ideally a six foot by two foot cage (180cm x 60xm)
Do you have multiple open ended hideys and multiple food bowls, water bottles and hay piles etc.
Has blood actually been drawing during a full out fight? If it has, then they need to be separated and to live permamently apart.

You shouldn't separate boars during a bonding session unless blood is drawn otherwise they have to start over again and it's very stressful for them. Bonding is not for the faint hearted. What looks bad to us is just normal for them. They know what they are doing. Here are the bonding threads for you (a little bit of night time reading!)
