What To Do About Vet Visit During Quarantine

Peppa n Porridge are still in quarantine, been nearly a week. Them and Ginny will be in separate carriers of course but, and sorry if this is silly, but vet on Tues for all of them and not sure about airborne risks as they'll be in one car? As the main reason they're in separate rooms is for risks of airborne illnesses carrying. Does it matter?
