I have a two and half year old boar he did live with another pig but fell out with him and has been on his own ever since he seems very happy and the other two boys are close by so he can hear them but if catches sight of them he becomes very aggressive. I have thought of trying to bond him with a friend but if it doesn't work out I don't have room for another cage and piggy and I could never part company with them as a pet is for life he gets lots of cuddles love and attention has anyone any suggestions?

why not get him neutered? i would do it now has the closer to 3yrs the more riskier,he would defo love a lady friend i know my boar who was done 5 months ago loves his ladies after he too wouldn't take to another boar, but he loves his ladies and there's no problems really with them not working out and the good thing is if you get a sow from a rescue ask to bring your boar with you so the rescue can pair him up with his new lady,
i payed 38 pounds to get my boar done, think of it like this it costs more for a cage if it doesn't work out with him and another boar so in the long run it would be cheaper to get him done and then 4 to 6 wks after the op he can have his new girlfriend and i bet he wont fall out with herx)

Or you could contact Rugby guinea pig and rabbit welfare they spay all there sows, high demand all about luck and patience!
