If I put Hudson in the run on his own with something underneath to keep the floor okay will I have to change it again for my girls to go out on after ? Obviously I'll poo pick etc but could they fight if they smell him? Or will they know it's Hudson from being across from each other? X

You can put sows on bedding that has been used by boars, and you can put a single boar on bedding that been used by sows as a single boar cannot fall out and will very much enjoy sniffing his way round the run, but you cannot put two bonded boars on any bedding that has been used by sows, as that can cause fights.

Or more shortly:
boars -> sows: fine
sows -> single boar: fine
sows -> bonded boars: BIG NO
