Can someone give me a definitive DO and DO NOT feed list?

I have my new boy arriving Friday. I plan to steal a tupperware of his current food from his owner, then slowly wean him onto something else if necessary (not sure what yet - you can give me tips on that too if you like! My pigs back home with my family are on pellets, I think Excel...).

Green wise and food wise how much should I be giving him? I know pigs cope better with greens than rabbits do..?

Ive also heard lettuce is a no-no.

So if you could give me a run down of tempting treats I can give him to help him settle in, and how much green / treats / food he should be getting, that would be great. Thanks!
I already know to avoid dairy treats and just go for the more natural herb / veg / fruit treats.

He's a small 6 month old boar.

Actually Ive just found a very comprehensive list in this forum of the fruit / veg foods a pig can eat.

So really just a reccomendation for dry food?

My vet, who keeps her own GP's feeds hers on the pellets, she says that they don't contain the colourings that some of the muselis do. Having said that one of my GP's turns her nose up at the nuggets. So I have to get both.

I feed Cavy Cuisine and mine love it, but many people on here have found that their pigs do not like it.
